Sweet Lips Desserts Policies
I stand by my products and take pride that all my work is my best work. Should you feel differently, I am willing to accommodate with a store credit refund.
*I must receive the baked good back in order for a full refund to be received via store credit.
NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Sweet Lips requires 48 hours notice when cancelled any orders. A 75% refund will be given in form of store credit.
NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. 25% of the order price will be retained for fees in time processing orders and refunds, ingredients ordered and prep-work done for orders placed. Failure to receive a 24 hour notice for cancellation will result in no refund given. The 48 hour notice is from the TIME AND DAY of pick-up or delivery requested. This does not include cakes. (See Cake Policy below).
Product that is not picked up at the day and time customer selected, will not be refunded or be put on in-store credit. It is likely to be discarded if not obtained, as I am limited on storage space.
We require that all orders must be paid in full at the time they are placed: on our website, in-store or over the phone.
We require a 24-hour notice for all orders placed and a 48 hour notice on all cakes.
For all deliveries, a time frame window will be given and I will notify once it has been delivered. Any changes last minute to deliveries will result in $10.00 fee.
I am not responsible for any stolen items.
All cakes must be cancelled one week in advance to receive a full refund. Failure to cancel order one week ahead will result in only 50% of the refund.

Failure to cancel within 24 hours of cake pick-up or delivery date and time will result in no refund given.
There will be a $10.00 fee to any changes made to cake orders within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for any damages done to cakes that leave my possession when I am not delivering them.
Sweet Lips will only ever post cakes and catering photos used on social media after your event. Please specify if you do not wish for me to share my work.
Customer information is never shared or stored.
